AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Navocloud.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the navocloud.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We are also associated with the domains navocloudhosting.com, navocloud.com, and navocloud.host.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

There is no payment required for using our services. However, if you wish to donate to support Navocloud, you may do so via navocloud.com/donate.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing illegal files
• Piracy of any kind
• Uploading, storing, or distributing illegal or offensive images
• Engaging in DDoS attacks
• Mining cryptocurrency using our servers
• Engaging in any activity that violates laws or infringes on the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site if we determine that you have engaged in any prohibited activities.
